2.1. How can I place an order?
Add the products you have chosen to your cart. Then, register your profile or order as a guest by using the "person" icon in the top right corner. After that, you can quickly and easily fill in additional details if necessary. When completing your order, you can choose the most convenient payment method and leave a message with instructions for the team at www.mikasabulgaria.com. Can I place an order for international delivery?
Yes, we can deliver to all specified countries in our Delivery, Payments and Warranty page. 2.3. We are a sports club and want to make a larger order of equipment. What discount can you offer us?

3. Delivery and Returns
3.1. How long does delivery within Bulgaria take?
Usually, all products on our site are shipped the same day (if the order is placed by 17:00) and the package is with you the next business day (or according to the schedule if the location is serviced on a schedule). However, during peak times, delivery may be extended up to 2 business days.
*Note: Some products have extended delivery times because they are only available in a supplier's warehouse. In such cases, the extended delivery time is visible in the product description. 3.2. How much does shipping cost in Bulgaria?
Delivery in Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com is fixed and costs a maximum of 5.50 BGN for orders up to 100 BGN and is free for orders above this amount. Since the delivery cost is fixed, you can order as many products as you like and pay a maximum of 5.50 BGN.
*Note: This price does not include courier services that are charged extra (e.g., Saturday delivery). If you cancel part of an order that was over 100 BGN, the store reserves the right to deduct the 5.50 BGN delivery cost for the initial shipment. 3.3. When do couriers deliver, in the morning or afternoon?
The courier's workday usually starts with delivering more packages to free up their vehicles for new pickups during the day. Before the delivery, the courier service will contact you via SMS or Viber with additional information about the expected delivery time (if such a service is available for the location) and additional package management options (postponement, redirection to an office, etc.). 3.4. Do you send domestic courier packages to a Speedy office?
Of course! You can choose this option if, for example, you won't be at the address all day or if you are heading towards their office. To take advantage of "To office" delivery, simply specify the name or address of the Speedy office in the final step of the order. 3.5. Do you use other couriers or, for example, the postal service?
No, for now, we only use the services of Speedy for domestic shipping. When we grow and they can no longer handle our load, we will look for an additional alternative. ;) 3.6. Can I return a product because I ordered the wrong size or no longer want it?
You can always do so as long as you email us within 30 working days of delivery and have kept the product in the condition in which you received it (including, but not limited to, it not being used, the packaging integrity not being violated, etc.). Please note that if you wish to return a product and have us refund your money, you will need to provide the original receipt you received from us, so please keep it. Without it, we cannot process the refund, but we can only replace your product with one of equal or higher value. Refunds are made only by bank transfer, for which we will need your IBAN number. We strive to process refunds within 2 days after we have received the returned product. 3.7. Where is my package?
After handing over your package to the courier, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided during registration. With this number, you can track where your package is, and additionally, Speedy will send you SMS or Viber messages with additional information to manage the delivery.
4. Payment
4.1. How can I pay for my order?
The most popular method for paying for online orders in Bulgaria remains cash on delivery. However, we also support card payments (via myPOS vPOS) and bank transfers. If you choose cash on delivery, you will pay the courier, and you can choose to pay in cash or by card. When paying by card, we do not collect any additional personal or banking data, and the card information you enter at checkout is not shared by the virtual POS terminal operator, and we do not have access to it in its entirety. Bank transfers are convenient for companies, government institutions, and sports clubs that require an invoice. Please note that if you choose a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to pay before receiving your package, and it will not be shipped until full payment is received.
For international payments you can use our vPOS or bank transfer.
5. Prices
5.1. Do the prices on the sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com include VAT?
Yes, the company that owns the store is registered under the VAT Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. All prices you see are final client prices, and no additional fees or taxes are due. The invoices we issue, of course, also include VAT.
